"This hotel is now semi derelict. We arrived and walked around freely unchallenged. There is one member of staff on site. The gates are closed with a sign 'Beware of the Dogs' and we had to push the gates open. IN the parking lot is the broken down, written off airport transfer car with a wheel that has fallen off; there are heaps of rubbish all around and fire debris; the first villas you see are burnt out shells; other villas are rundown and locked up; the infinity pool which is the centre of...

"We had a great time here, kids love the pool and it was close to the market. We all went on a sundowner trip with the bikes, definitely recommend it. Wish we could stay longer! "

"Al momento della prenotazione le foto della struttura erano completamente diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato. Da una struttura tipica con stanze a capanna abbiamo soggiornato in bungalows in muratura completamente nuovi ma impersonali. Il contorno tenuto bene e carino. Cosa gravissima mi è stato rubato un costume dentro la valigia in camera e per questo ho ricevuto soltanto delle scuse da parte del ragazzo della reception e non dalla direzione. E' stata una vera violazione della privacy."

"The Villa is beautiful, Santo was wonderful and very respectful. The ocean is absolutely gorgeous, especially at low tide. We loved seeing all the local people working together. Unfortunately, the locals do not know how to leave the tourists alone, it’s especially overwhelming when you are trying to go to the beach behind the villa with your family. We highly recommend you chartering a boat from Mothassane, they made our trip to Vilanculos. "

"We loved the space inside the house. We were four people in total, and it was very comfortable for our two adult children and us to hang out in the living room, breakfast bar, or outside on the patio. The pool was just a few steps from the patio, very clean and comfortable, and very welcome in the hot days in January! There are a handful of restaurants within 10 min. walk, which we took advantage of on the nights we didn’t cook inside the villa. "
